About

I’m Vladica, an MA Psychologist and Psychotherapist in training, currently working in supervised practice within an integrative psychotherapy approach. I support individuals who are navigating personal and emotional challenges, with a particular focus on expats and people living abroad.

Living in a different country can bring unique stressors, and I offer a supportive space for clients to explore their experiences, emotions, and inner resources. My work is grounded in empathy, respect, and collaboration, helping clients feel seen, understood, and empowered.

Expertise

I work primarily with expats and internationally mobile individuals who may be experiencing:

Cultural adjustment and relocation stress
Loneliness, isolation, and homesickness
Identity shifts and questions of belonging
Relationship and interpersonal difficulties
Work-related stress, pressure, and burnout
Emotional overwhelm, anxiety, and life transitions

My therapeutic style is warm, person-centered, and integrative. I combine Gestalt therapy techniques with evidence-based tools, adapting the therapeutic process to each client’s unique needs, goals, and pace. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients can gain clarity, build resilience, and develop a deeper understanding of themselves.
